Green Hole - Lake Lonsdale

Green Hole – Lake Lonsdale

I cannot count the number of times that I have travelled along the Greenhole Road on the western side of Lake Lonsdale, but this is about the first time I stopped the car and went walking towards the outlet of Lake Lonsdale – not something to be proud of.

I soon came across an old road bridge which is in very poor condition and has many holes in the deck but the view was great and just couldn’t resist taking a few photos of the area. The photo above is of the old bridge and below is the view from the old bridge looking at Mt William Creek – had to be quite careful walking on bridge to get this photo!!. Quite a nice view all the same.
