The trip started in earnest today – we travelled south from Cairo to Dahshur (red line at the bottom of the map), then on the return, went to Memphis (on the right hand side of of the road near the crescent), then to Saqqara – where the symbol of the film is, and then to the airport to catch an evening flight to Luxor.
