Part of the Historic Township of Echuca is the Wharf area. This area is a very popular tourist attraction. Early in the morning when there are very few people around allowed for some nice photos without people.
Although its major commodity for the Port of Echuca has changed from wool to people, Port of Echuca still operates much the same as it did in the 1860’s, with shipwrights and steam engineers providing a vital role in the Port’s operations.
But 5:45 am is just a little early!!
