Medinet Habu is the name given to the Mortuary Temple of Ramses III. Located in the Western Thebes very close to the Deir el-Medina and the Colossus of Memnan. Aside from its intrinsic size and architectural and artistic importance, the temple is probably best known as the source of inscribed reliefs depicting the advent and defeat of the Sea People during the reign of Ramses III.
Going through the Temple, the colours were very vivid and the Colour area on the ceiling of the Entrance to one of the Courtyards were brilliant.
