We got closer and closer to the Pyramids – but we are still in suburbia – of the Cairo equivalent. And the closer we got the more buildings there seemed to be.
In this photo, we could start to clearly see the blocks that make up the Great Pyramid of Khufu but we could still see rows upon rows of houses the closer we got.
One of the Seven Wonders of the World – this close to the Capital City of Egypt and buildings have allowed to be built almost right up to the Pyramids. If you think this is bad, then wait until I describe the Sphinx
