It is difficult for us to appreciate the need of the people in Egypt. There are desperate for food that they are prepared to fish in almost any water. This Canal which runs from the Nile river has in other locations plenty of rubbish, and the colour of the water left a lot to be desired when it comes to obtaining a food source. Yet they did.
