If it wasn’t for a great group of people who volunteer to run the Australia Post Stawell Gift, the event just couldn’t survive. The Stawell Gift was first run in 1878 and has been run every year since with exception of a couple of years during the World War.
Geoff McDermott actually had a bit of time to look at some of the running over the weekend and here he is enjoying watching one of the distance events over the weekend.
