Starting Our Journey
Our adventure to the Flinders Ranges began with a scenic drive through South Australia’s Murray Mallee region. After traveling about 350 kilometers, we decided to take a break and stay at the Pinnaroo RV Campsite. This charming town, located 243 kilometers east of Adelaide and close to the Victorian border, provided the perfect spot to rest and recharge.
A Neat and Friendly Town
Pinnaroo impressed us with its neat and well-maintained appearance. The town’s friendly atmosphere was evident as we explored the local shops, where we were greeted with warm smiles and helpful service. The community’s pride in their town was clear, making our stay even more enjoyable.
