Many years ago (2002), Heather and I headed to Hobart for 3 days. The airline had some cheap airfares and we hired a small car at the airport and checked out the scenery.
I’ve been going through some of my old photos and came across this late afternoon shot from near the summit of Mt Wellington looking down towards Hobart. Just to the right of the lookout, you can see the Tasman bridge that connects Hobart across the Derwent River.
I had fun with the photo – it was a print which I scanned and then touched up in Adobe Lightroom. Although the image is a little soft, I am please with the result.
