After a tiresome overnight train from Cairo to Aswan, we boarded an Egyptian boat called a Felucca. We sailed on the Nile River around an Island called Elephantine and able to see the place that we stayed in and enjoyed some really great views around Aswan in Egypt.
The Felucca relied purely on the Sail and wind power – there was no assistance from a motor on the boat. It was really quiet as we could hear the water lap the side of the boat as we cruised around the island
